Tarragon Sesame Chicken

6 chicken breasts
1 cup flour
8 teaspoons sesame seeds
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons dried tarragon

1.  Mix flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.  Dip chicken pieces into flour mixture to coat. 
2.  Heat oil in a medium skillet.  Brown chicken on both sides.  Place in slow cooker. 
3.  Add broth, celery, onion, and tarragon.  Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4.
