Candied Chicken



4-6 chicken breasts
3 medium carrots cut on bias
1 ½ C. brown sugar
¼ c. mustard
½ C. Ketchup
¼ C. onion
¾ C. water
¼ tsp. salt.

1.  Flour chicken breasts.  Heat oil in skillet and brown floured chicken breasts.  Place in slow cooker.  
2.  Mix together remaining ingredients.  Pour over chicken.  Cook in crockpot on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve chicken over rice.  Top with remaining sauce,  serve carrots cooked in slow cooker on the side.
