Aloha Pork Chops

4-5 boneless pork chops
½ green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 bottle (18 oz) honey-mustard bbq sauce

1.    Place pork chops in slow-cooker.  Sprinkle bell pepper, onion and pineapple over meat.  Pour bbq sauce evenly over meat and toppings.  Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours or high heat 3-4 hours.  Serve with rice.  Makes 4-6 servings.
